Mark your calendars for a truly memorable event. Cedar Valley Hospice's 14th annual Release & Remember fundraiser offers the opportunity to come together and celebrate our loved ones while supporting Cedar Valley Hospice's mission-driven work.

- Dedicate a butterfly in honor or memory of a loved one for $30. Names received by August 22 will be included on our Dedication Station at the event and all dedications include a keepsake certificate.
- Purchase our NEW 2025 T-shirt for $20. T-shirts may be picked up at any of our office locations (Waterloo Support Center, Grundy Center, Independence, Waverly) or shipped for an additional $5 per shirt.
- For $10, purchase a chance to open a butterfly box on stage at the event.*
