Welcome to MeetPure , a platform operated by Metastic LLC. These Terms of Use govern your access and use of MeetPure, including event registrations, ticketing, and participation. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you can not use MeetPure.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeetPure, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy . Your continued use of MeetPure constitutes automatic acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. Ethical Use Policy

MeetPure is an inclusive platform open to everyone, but we operate under strict ethical guidelines. By using MeetPure, you agree that:

  • You will not post, promote, or organize events that involve hate speech, discrimination, violence, or unethical behavior.
  • You will not promote activities that violate common ethical values or principles, such as gambling, pornography, or unlawful gatherings.
  • MeetPure reserves the right to decline, remove, or refuse promotion of any event at our sole discretion, including removing events from the platform.
  • If an event is found to violate these standards, MeetPure may terminate the organizer’s access to the platform without prior notice.

MeetPure reserves the right to interpret and enforce these ethical standards as we see fit.

3. User Eligibility

a. Age Restrictions

  • MeetPure is open to users aged 13 and above.
  • If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to use MeetPure.
  • Users under 13 are not allowed to create an account due to legal restrictions on data collection.

b. Parental Responsibility

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring the activities of minors using the platform.
  • MeetPure does not verify parental consent, but we reserve the right to request proof of guardian approval if required by law.

c. Event Restrictions for Minors

  • Some events may require users to be 18+ or have parental supervision.
  • Organizers must ensure compliance with local laws when allowing minors at their events.
  • MeetPure reserves the right to remove any event that fails to adhere to safety and legal standards regarding minors.

4. Event Listings and Ticketing

a. Organizer Responsibilities

  • Event organizers are responsible for ensuring their event complies with all local laws and regulations.
  • MeetPure is not liable for issues related to event cancellations, refunds, or disputes between organizers and participants.
  • Organizers must provide accurate event details and honor all commitments made to attendees.

b. Participant Responsibilities

  • Attendees are responsible for reviewing event details before purchasing or registering.
  • MeetPure is not responsible for disputes, injuries, or losses related to an event.

5. Fees, Payments & Refunds

a. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as PayPal or Stripe. MeetPure does not store credit card information.

b. Refund Policy

All refund policies are determined by the event organizer. MeetPure does not process refunds unless explicitly stated by the organizer.

6. Intellectual Property

MeetPure and its content (logos, branding, website design) are owned by Metastic LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

MeetPure is a platform that connects users but does not oversee event operations. We are not responsible for:

  • Event cancellations, changes, or mismanagement by organizers.
  • Injuries, losses, or damages incurred at events.
  • Unauthorized access or data breaches beyond our control.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of MeetPure must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or platform notifications. Continued use of MeetPure after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
