Women's Wellness Weekend

Join us for a weekend of relaxation, connection, and mind & body wellness at the beautiful Camp Speers YMCA. Located on 1,100 serene acres in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, Camp Speers is the perfect place to reconnect with nature and yourself. This weekend getaway, open to women ages 18 and older, will take place from Friday, October 24, to Sunday, October 26, 2025. Your registration fee includes all lodging, meals, and activities, with a full schedule of events planned. You can participate in activities like a nature hike, various workshops, group workouts including ZUMBA and Pilates, and a "Paint & Sip" session. The weekend will also feature a campfire, a sound bath, and a Women's Wellness Panel & Discussion.
